What is a reservation cycle?
A reservation cycle is defined as the period from the payment date each month to the day before the next month's payment date. You can hold one reservation within the same reservation cycle. Additionally, you can have up to two reservations simultaneously.
The number of reservations is counted based on the check-in date. If the payment date falls on the 29th to 31st, the cycle starts on the 1st of each month.
For example, if your payment date is the 5th of each month:
The maximum consecutive stay quota per reservation is 4 nights.
Once you use a reservation, you can make another reservation within the same reservation cycle.
For reservations beyond the 8th night within the same cycle, a lodging fee of 33,000 yen per room per night will be charged. (Applicable from the reservation cycle of August 2023.)
