Regardless of the number of reservations you currently hold, if there is availability within the upcoming week, you may make one additional reservation.
Reservations for the upcoming week refer to those with a checkout date up to 6 days from today.
If you already have other reservations within the upcoming week, you cannot make a new reservation for that period. Once your existing reservation falls within the upcoming week, you will be able to make a new reservation for dates beyond the upcoming week within the same cycle.
As usual, for reservations beyond the 8th night within the same cycle, a lodging fee of 33,000 yen per room per night (tax included) will apply. This has been in effect since the reservation cycle of August 2023. Every day at 12:00 pm (noon), the reservation period for the upcoming week, defined as today plus 6 days, will be opened.
For example, if at 12:00 pm (noon) on September 1, you already hold a reservation with a checkout date up to September 7, you cannot add another reservation with a checkout date up to September 7. However, you can make an additional reservation within the same cycle for a checkout date on or after September 8.
