Please have the guest who made the reservation complete the cancellation procedure. Once the cancellation is complete, the Stay Gift can be used again.
- Cancellation from 3 days before check-in at 15:00 to the day before at 15:00: 50% of the basic fee
- Cancellation after 15:00 on the day before or No Show: 100% of the basic fee.
