For LEXUS members: I would like to make a reservation again after canceling once, but when I open the dedicated link, only the subscription screen appears.

LEP tickets can be used again even after cancellation. When making a new reservation, please access the "dedicated accommodation reservation page URL" sent by email from the LEP office. If you do not use this URL, the subscription plan reservation screen may be displayed. 

Please confirm the following: 

  1. Are you accessing from the LEP dedicated URL? https://lexus.jp/models/bev/lep/experience/2nd_home_experience/ 
  2. Are you reusing the dedicated URL mentioned in the email of your previous reservation? 

If you cannot find the dedicated page URL, please request a resend from the office.
