You can perform the checkout process starting at 3:00 PM on the day before your checkout date.
If you wish to change your reservation details, you can do so from the member page until 3:00 PM, two days before your checkout date. Please note that changes made after this time will incur a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen, so please make any changes as early as possible.
