You can use all SANU 2nd Home locations, not just your own property. However, reservation rules and accommodation fees differ slightly between your own property and other locations (subscription locations and Co-Owners locations).
For your own property:
- Accommodation fee: 0 yen per stay
- Cleaning fee: 3,300 yen per stay
For other subscription locations and Co-Owners locations:
- Accommodation fee: 0 yen per stay from Sunday to Friday, 5,500 yen per stay on Saturdays, holidays, and the day before holidays
Cleaning fee: 3,300 yen per stay
- Additional fees (for bringing a dog, sauna use, etc.): 5,500 yen and up (including Selection Series)
Please note: When using your own property, there are no accommodation fees for Saturdays, holidays, or the day before holidays, nor are there any fees for bringing a dog or using the sauna.
