Yes, you can cancel or reschedule for free until 3:00 PM the day before. However, a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) will apply in the following cases:
- Cancellations or reservation changes made after 3:00 PM the day before.
- If you do not check in on your reservation date and do not contact us by 3:00 PM the following day.
*In such cases, you can still use this ticket again.
