Please make all reservations and cancellations through the SANU 2nd Home website/mobile app. As of September 2025, the reservation rules are as follows (be aware that these rules may change in the future).
1. Reservation Start Period
- Your own cabin: Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
- Other SANU 2nd Home subscription cabins: Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
- Other SANU 2nd Home Co-Owners cabins: Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance (Tateyama 1st can be reserved up to 1 month in advance).
2. Consecutive Stay Quota per Visit
- Your own cabin: Please refer to the terms of use.
- Other SANU 2nd Home cabins: Up to 4 consecutive nights are allowed.
3. Number of Reservations
- Your own cabin: Unlimited
- Other cabins: Up to 2 reservations (1 per month)
