There is no cleaning or linen exchange during your stay. However, for Co-Owners who stay for an extended period at their own designated cabin, the following rules apply:
Cleaning Days:
Cleaning will be conducted on the 5th, 9th, and 13th days of your stay from 11:00 to 15:00 (excluding the day before checkout).
Details: Linen exchange, such as towels and sheets, vacuuming the floor, and replenishing any missing supplies (approximately 30 minutes).
Fees: In-stay cleaning is 3,300 yen per session, and post-checkout cleaning is 3,300 yen per stay.
Example: For a 12-night stay, cleaning on the 5th and 9th days (3,300 yen each) plus post-checkout cleaning (3,300 yen) is mandatory, totaling 9,900 yen.
