Can I check in early?

Depending on the location and your stay date, Early Check-in (paid option) may be available between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Availability will be confirmed after 3:00 PM on the day before your stay.

＜How to use Early Check-in＞
1. Check whether Early Check-in is available.
2. From 8:00 AM on the day of arrival, the check-in button will become active.
3. Arrive at the property at your preferred time and complete online check-in as usual.
The fee will be automatically charged to your registered card after check-out.

＜How to check availability＞
Please confirm using one of the following methods:
・If Early Check-in is available, you will receive a notification email at 3:00 PM the day before your stay (sent to the email address registered with your SANU account).
・Log in to your SANU account ＞ Check “Upcoming Reservation.” ＞ If Early Check-in is listed, it is available.

The fee varies depending on the check-in time.

＜Notes＞
Late check-out is not available.
No advance reservation is required.
