You can check in yourself via the member page until the check-out time. If you do not check in by 3:00 PM the day after your check-in date, a cancellation fee will be charged. (If you fail to check in for multiple consecutive days, cancellation fees will be incurred for each day.)
If a cancellation fee is incurred due to forgetting to check in, please contact the support team.
