How do I check in?

After arriving in front of your reserved cabin, please proceed to the check-in screen by scanning the QR code on the door or through the login page. By following the on-screen instructions, a 4-digit PIN for unlocking will be issued.

 

For Stay Guest

Check-in requires pre-registration of guest information. You can register using either of the following methods:

  1. Via the URL included in an email from SANU or a message from your booking platform
  2. Via the Check-in Page

On the day of your stay, go to the check-in screen from the Check-in Page or Member Page. Follow the on-screen steps to receive your 4-digit door code.

 

When to expect emails & messages

  • At the time of booking
  • 2 days before check-in, around 3:00 PM (your room number will also be shared at this time)
  • On the day of check-in, around 10:00 AM
