- If you provide a medical certificate due to infectious diseases such as influenza or COVID-19, or other health issues.
- If a warning or special warning is issued in the prefecture of the accommodation or along the travel route.
- If the cancellation is due to a reservation change.
If any of the above applies, please contact our support center (+81 50-1807-2687 / 2ndhome@sa-nu.com) with your full name, the name of the reserved facility, and the check-in date. If you have a certificate, please send it along for a smoother process.
