Please use the URL sent in advance via email or chat message on the reservation site to register guest information and complete the check-in process. 
*Messages containing the URL are sent at the time of reservation, around 3 PM two days before check-in, and around 10 AM on the day of check-in.

If you are unable to confirm messages from the facility, please contact the support center (+81 50-1807-2687 / 2ndhome@sa-nu.com). 
When doing so, please be sure to provide your full name, the name of the reserved facility, and the check-in date.
