If you do not check in between 3:00 PM on the day of your stay and 3:00 PM the following day, and no cancellation procedure has been completed, a No-Show fee of 5,500 yen (including tax) per night will be charged.
*Stays subject to No-Show are not included in the consumption of your stay quota within the reservation cycle. However, due to the current system, No-Show days are still counted towards your stay quota. If charges occur for the 8th night or beyond, including No-Show days, please contact our support team at 2ndhome@sa-nu.com. We will process a refund.
