Regarding reservation cancellations and changes, the following rules apply.

For guest stays (Stay reservations made per night from our website, or reservations from third-party booking sites such as Jalan, Ikkyu, Booking.com), campaign stays, or when special rules are specified at the time of reservation, those rules will take precedence.
