Cancellation and Changes
Before 3:00 PM on the day before check-in:
- All changes, including cancellations, can be made free of charge.
After 3:00 PM on the day before check-in:
- Changes to the "area, room, or check-in date" of the reservation are not allowed.
- Cancellations are possible, but a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) per night will be charged.
- No cleaning fee (3,300 yen per stay) will be charged upon cancellation.
- The same applies to no-shows (if you do not check in between 3:00 PM on the day of stay and 3:00 PM the following day).
Extended Stay / Early Check-out Extended Stay (changing the check-out date to a later date):
- You can extend your stay even after check-in if you do so by 3:00 PM on the day before the scheduled check-out date.
- *Only possible up to a maximum of 4 nights, and only if there is availability for the room and dates in question.
- Extensions are not possible after 3:00 PM on the day before check-out.
Early Check-out (changing the check-out date to an earlier date):
- If you shorten your stay after 3:00 PM on the day before the new check-out date, a cancellation fee for one night will be charged.
