Subscription to Own (S2O) is a system where 50% of the monthly subscription fee (excluding tax) you pay for an individual subscription is accumulated and can be applied towards the purchase price of a SANU 2nd Home Co-Owners property. For example, if you use an individual subscription for two years and then purchase a Co-Owners package for 12 stays per year (3.3 million yen), you will receive a discount of 600,000 yen (50,000 yen × 24 months × 50%), allowing you to purchase it for 2.7 million yen.
Please check your accumulated S2O points from your account information screen after logging in.
*Every month during your individual subscription contract, 50% of the subscription fee paid in the previous month is accumulated as points.
*The validity period is three years from the acquisition date. Points will expire sequentially as they reach their expiration date.
*If you cancel your individual subscription, all points will expire.
*The S2O points applied at the time of purchase application are those accumulated "up to the time of application." Please note that points accumulated after continuing the subscription post-application will not be applied to the property for which you have already submitted a purchase application.
*Please understand that corporations subscribed to SANU 2nd Home for Business are not eligible to use this system.
