I want to change or cancel my trial stay reservation.

When you log in to the member page, you can change or cancel your reservation by yourself. If you cancel or change your reservation and decide not to stay, the following fees will apply for each night of stay: - After 3:00 PM, 7 days before the stay: 10% of the total amount of the accommodation fee and option fees for that day, including tax. - After 3:00 PM, 3 days before the stay: 30% of the total amount of the accommodation fee and option fees for that day, including tax. - After 3:00 PM, the day before the stay: 100% of the total amount of the accommodation fee and option fees for that day, including tax. In the case of a no-show (if you do not check in by 11:00 AM the day after the stay), we will charge 100% of the total amount of the accommodation fee and option fees per night, including tax, as a No Show fee. Please note that after 3:00 PM, 7 days before the check-in date, you cannot change the check-in date or the accommodation facility.
