You can reuse your ticket in the following cases:
- When the number of nights reserved is less than the number of tickets.
- When you cancel a reserved stay.
- When you change a reservation and the new stay is shorter than the original reservation.
- In the case of a no show (if you do not check in between 3:00 PM on the day of stay and 3:00 PM the following day, and do not contact us to cancel).
*Please note that cancellation fees and penalties for canceling a reservation or in the case of a no-show are subject to the terms and conditions and the accommodation agreement.
