Co-Owners: I canceled a reservation using Stay Gift from Owners.

Please have the guest who made the reservation complete the cancellation procedure. Once the cancellation is complete, the Stay Gift can be used again. ・From 3 days before the stay at 15:00 to the day before at 15:00: 50% of the "basic fee" ・After 15:00 on the day before or in case of no-show: 100% of the "basic fee".
