Every year on October 1st, an annual stay quota is granted based on the number of contracts. (Example: 1 contract = 12 stays). The granted stay quota can be used for reservations from April 1st of the following year.
The stay quota for the first year varies depending on the handover period
Example: Handover at the end of September = 6 stays granted by the end of March the following year.
Please note that the stay quota cannot be carried over, and any unused portion will automatically be subject to purchase.
