Selectable Stay Quota
You can purchase your desired stay quota (i.e., the corresponding real estate shared interest) from the options of 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 stays per year.
Usage Period
The stay quota refers to the number of days you can stay from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
Calculation of Stay Quota for the First Year
If you start using the service partway through the term in the first year, the stay quota will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Example Calculation
If you purchase a 12-stay quota and start using it on August 1: 12 stays × (8 months ÷ 12 months) = 8 stays. The available stay quota for the first year will be 8 stays.
