 Purchase Fee: For One more Cabin and Stay Gift (New Purchase), the fee will be charged to the credit card registered by the purchaser. 

Additional Accommodation Fee: This applies on Saturdays, holidays, the day before holidays, during the Selection Series, when using the sauna, or when accompanied by a pet dog. 

Paid Amenities: Fees for items like coffee, wine, and firewood will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of reservation confirmation, based on usage. 

Cleaning Fee: For Stay Gift (New Purchase), this is included in the purchase fee. For others, it will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of reservation confirmation. 

Cancellation/NoShow Fee: If the guest is responsible, the fee will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of reservation confirmation. If the owner is responsible, it will be settled at the end of the fiscal year.
