The registered credit card will be charged at the following times:
- Subscription fee: On a fixed billing date each month (*1).
- Accommodation fees, cleaning fees, and paid products during your stay: At 0:00 on the day after checkout.
- Additional charges for stays beyond the 8th night within the same billing cycle: 4 days after the last day of the billing cycle (applicable from the reservation cycle of August 2023).
There will be no charge for accommodation fees or cleaning fees at the time of booking (*2).
*1 The payment date for the subscription fee varies for each member. Please check your billing date on the account information screen.
*2 At the time of booking, an "authorization" is performed to secure the credit limit on your credit card. Normally, you will not be notified at the time of authorization, but depending on the credit card issuer, you may receive an SMS or email to prevent fraudulent use, or the information may be temporarily posted on your online statement. In the case of debit or prepaid cards, the account may be debited with only the authorization data. Usually, the amount is refunded a few days after the transaction is canceled or the authorization expires, but please note that it may take up to 45-60 days for the refund to be processed.
