As a subscription member, you can accumulate 50% of the monthly subscription fee (excluding tax) paid through your subscription and apply it towards the purchase price of a SANU 2nd Home Co-Owners property. The S2O points applied at the time of purchase application will be those accumulated "up to the time of application." Please note that points accumulated if you continue the subscription after applying for a purchase will not be applicable to the property for which you have already applied. If you intend to cancel, please pay attention to the timing of the cancellation.
