- Online application via the official website
- Payment of the application fee (5% of the building price)
- The application fee will be applied to the sales price
- Please check here for the cancellation policy
- Schedule adjustment for the important matters briefing (online)
- Fill in your desired handover date
- Participation in the important matters briefing
- Contract signing via CloudSign
- Payment of the remaining balance (Settlement date = Handover date)
- Handover (for existing properties, at the end of each month)
- Start of reservations
- Start of stay (from the 1st of the following month)
