With SANU 2nd Home Co-Owners, you can complete all procedures, from purchase to booking your first stay, entirely online. The process is as follows: 

  • Online application via the official website 
  • Payment of the application fee (5% of the building price) 
  • The application fee will be applied to the sales price
  • Please check here for the cancellation policy
  • Schedule adjustment for the important matters briefing (online)
  • Fill in your desired handover date
  • Participation in the important matters briefing
  • Contract signing via CloudSign
  • Payment of the remaining balance (Settlement date = Handover date)
  • Handover (for existing properties, at the end of each month)
  • Start of reservations
  • Start of stay (from the 1st of the following month)
