Co-Owners: How is the building maintained and repaired?

Based on the repair reserve fund paid annually by all Co-Owners, SANU will conduct appropriate maintenance and management in accordance with a long-term repair plan. At SANU, we formulate and execute long-term repair plans tailored to the location and architectural specifications of each site, based on our corporate vision of "Living with Nature".

Key Points of the Plan:

  • Regular Maintenance (Physical Deterioration Measures): Conduct inspections and repairs systematically to prevent deterioration caused by wind, rain, and temperature changes.
  • Functional Renovation (Functional Deterioration Measures): Carry out renovations to maintain convenience and comfort in line with societal and technological changes.
  • Value Maintenance (Social Deterioration Measures): Implement repairs and improvements to maintain the appeal of the site in response to changes in the surrounding environment and values.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct repairs to prevent issues before they occur and to maximize the building's lifespan.

Initiatives for Proper Plan Operation:

  • Regular on-site inspections by our staff
  • Implementation of safety and hygiene inspections based on laws and regulations, and reflection in the plan
  • Collaboration with our group company, ADX, which specializes in architecture utilizing forest resources

*In the event that repair costs exceed initial expectations, we may request additional contributions.
