The following costs will be incurred as annual running costs:
- Annual management fee
- Land lease fee
- Building property tax
- Hot spring basic fee and renewal fee (for select properties only)
- Fire insurance premium
- Repair reserve fund
Additionally, usage fees during your stay will be incurred according to separate provisions. (For details, please see here.) You will also be responsible for any paid amenities used during your stay, such as wine.
