Please note the following cancellation policy:
- Up to 3 days before the stay date by 3 PM: You can cancel or make changes freely without any cancellation fees.
- From 3 days before the stay date at 3 PM to the day before at 3 PM: Cancellation is possible, but a cancellation fee of 50% of the basic rate will apply.
- After 3 PM on the day before the stay date: Cancellations or changes are not allowed, and one night will be deducted from your annual stay quota. The same applies to no-shows on the day. In such cases, the cleaning fee (3,300 yen per stay) will not be charged.
Please refer to Appendix 4, "Terms Applicable to Co-Owners," for the basic rates of each Co-Owner property. This cancellation policy applies equally to stays by the Co-Owner themselves and stays by others using the Stay Gift function. Please be aware that the cancellation policy is subject to change in the future.
