How can I get a receipt?

Payments made on or after 2025/4/23 (most recent payment) 

  1. Log in and click on "Payment" from the "Account Information" screen. 
  2. Select the expenses for which you wish to issue a receipt. 
  3. Press the "Download Receipt" button, enter the recipient's information, and press "Issue" to display the receipt.
  4. Please print the page as is or save it as a PDF (for reference) for your use. 

Receipt issuance will redirect you to the Stripe page (the billing recipient's name cannot be changed). 

*Receipts will be available for viewing on the Account Information page after 11 PM on the checkout date. 

*We do not issue paper receipts with revenue stamps. Electronic receipts are exempt from stamp duty, so no stamp is required. 

*For corporate plan invoice and receipt information, please check the details from the global menu on the corporate member page. Payments made on or before 2025/4/22
