First time login request: Password reset procedure

Please follow the steps below to reset your password. 

  1. Access the new login page. 
  2. Enter the email address you use for login and click on [Send Email for Reset]. 
  3. You will receive an email with the subject "SANU 2nd Home パスワードの再設定". Please click the [Change Password] button within the email. 
  4. Enter and re-enter your new password, then click [Reset Password] to complete the reset.
