Cancellation Method
- Log in to the member page.
- Select [Account Information] from the menu.
- Open the [Plan] screen.
- Proceed with the cancellation from the [Cancel] button.
*Please submit your cancellation request at least two weeks before the next payment date.
Points to Note When Cancelling
Upon cancellation, all accumulated S2O points that can be used towards the purchase of Co-Owners will expire.

If you have reservations remaining after your desired cancellation date, please cancel them in advance.
If you wish to keep your reservations, please contact owners@sa-nu.com. The support center can transfer your reservations to a Co-Owners account.
Minimum Contract Period and Refunds
The SANU 2nd Home Standard Plan has a minimum contract period of three months after completing member registration.
If a cancellation request is made after the third payment is completed, the monthly subscription fee already received will not be refunded.
