*Please ensure that the identification documents are within their validity period.
Documents accepted as identification:
*If you are submitting a passport, please also submit one of the following documents for address verification.
- Receipt or tax certificate for national or local taxes
- Receipt for social insurance premiums or public utility bills (electricity, gas, water, fixed-line telephone, NHK, etc.)
- Only those with a receipt date stamp or issuance date within the last 6 months are accepted.
- Receipts for mobile phone bills are not accepted as verification documents, so please prepare the above documents.
