Our Co-Owner system allows you to purchase SANU 2nd Home stays ranging from 12 stays per year (1 share) to a maximum of 5 shares, or 60 stays per year, depending on your lifestyle. The rights you obtain after purchase are as follows:
Building: Owned as a shared interest (real estate).
Land: Hold a business-use fixed-term land lease right (quasi-co-ownership) for up to 30 years.
In other words, you can participate not just with a usage right, but in the form of "ownership" that includes asset value.
