Co-Owners: Who will be responsible for the costs if repairs are required at the base?
Repairs of the base are carried out based on the repair reserve fund paid annually by all Co-Owners. For detailed information on the operation and planning, please refer to "How are building maintenance and repairs conducted?" Please note that if repair costs exceed expectations, we may request additional contributions.
