You can cancel your subscription by following the steps below.
- Please log in to the member page.
- Select [Account Information] from the menu.
- Open the [Plan] screen.
- Proceed with the cancellation from the [Cancel] button.
Important Notes on Cancellation:
- Application Deadline: Please apply at least 2 weeks before the next payment date.
- S2O Points: Upon cancellation, all accumulated S2O points that can be used towards the purchase of Co-Owners will be forfeited. 👉 [Click here for details on Subscription to Own (S2O)]
- Existing Reservations: If you have reservations after your desired cancellation date, you cannot cancel. Please cancel your reservations in advance.
- Minimum Contract Period: The SANU 2nd Home Standard Plan has a minimum contract period of 3 months from the completion of member registration.
- Refunds: After the completion of the third payment, the monthly subscription fee received at the time of cancellation application will not be refunded.
