1. Fees to be paid to SANU: 

  • Purchase price of the main unit SANU 2nd Home 
  • Co-Owners registration fee (including tax) 
  • Land (non-taxable, 0 yen) 
  • Annual fees, etc. (calculated on a pro-rata basis from the handover date to the fiscal year-end on March 31; varies by property) 
  • Land lease fee (non-taxable) 
  • Fire insurance premium (non-taxable) 
  • Repair reserve fund (non-taxable) 
  • Annual management fee (including tax) 
  • Building fixed asset tax (non-taxable) 
  • Basic hot spring fee and renewal fee (including tax) 

2. Fees to be paid to the judicial scrivener's office:

  • Registration and license tax (non-taxable/estimated)
  • Judicial scrivener's fee (taxable/estimated) 
  • Real estate acquisition tax (non-taxable/estimated)
  • Stamp duty (only if contracting in writing)
