Individual Application:
Please upload one of the following identification documents.
- Driver's License (front and back)
- My Number Card (front side only)
- Passport (photo page) + Address Verification Document
- Residence Card / Special Permanent Resident Certificate (front and back)
- Basic Resident Registration Card (front side only)
Corporate Application:
- Certificate of Registered Matters for the Corporation (obtained within the last 3 months / PDF or image acceptable)
- The original document is required at the time of actual registration (for submission to the judicial scrivener).
*If the representative is not the applicant, the representative's identification document is also required.
