Co-Owners: How and when are annual fees billed?

At the end of May each year, we will bill you for the following annual fees in a lump sum. 

Fees for usage from April 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year (land rent, property tax, fire insurance premium, and repair reserve fund). 

Annual management fee for the period from April 1 of the previous year to March 31 of the current year. 

For the first billing only, the previous year's annual management fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The billed amount will be the total of the above fees minus the purchase rent, from April 1 of the previous year to March 31 of the current year. We will issue an invoice, so please make your payment via bank transfer. 

Please note that if payment is not completed by the due date, any existing reservations will be automatically canceled, and you will not be able to make reservations or stay at the facility until payment is completed.
