Co-Owners: Is it possible to cancel after paying the application fee?

After applying for purchase, cancellation is possible in emergency and/or unavoidable situations. However, depending on the timing, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation Fee Regulations 

After payment of the application fee and before contract conclusion: 

5% of the application fee will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

 After contract conclusion and before delivery: 

The entire application fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. 

If the application cannot be approved as desired: 

The full application fee will be refunded, and the application will be considered void. 

Important Notes 

This cancellation policy is displayed at the time of application along with the privacy policy, and explicit consent is obtained via a checkbox. The application fee (5% of the building price) must be paid at the time of application. If payment is not confirmed even after passing the review, the application may be voided, and the purchase slot may be released. 

After the payment of the application fee, it is generally required to conclude the contract within one month. If the deadline is missed, the application will be automatically canceled, and a cancellation fee (5% of the application fee) will be charged.
